乙烯氧化物/丙烯氧化物具有致突变作用,前人的研究已予证实。本研究的目的在于查明曾接触亚烃基氧化物及其二次产物若干年的工人,其中有的曾患有乙烯氧化物急性中毒症,他们的染色体畸变率是否比对照组高。本文中“亚烃基氧化物”一词包括乙烯氧化物、丙烯氧化物、丁烯氧化物、二恶烷、环氧氯丙烷、二氯丙烷、2—氯乙醇和1—氯丙醇—。 工人还接触许多其他化学物质,如苯。 研究对象是亚烃基氧化物工厂从事生产或加工的工人43名,男性,平均年龄47.1(27—63)岁。按接触时间分为四组:(1)长期接触,超过20年;(2)接触时间不足20年;(3)长期接触,加上事故;(4)事故,即短期大量接触乙烯氧化物
Ethylene oxide / propylene oxide has a mutagenic effect, previous studies have confirmed. The purpose of this study was to identify workers who had been exposed to alkylene oxide and its secondary products for several years, some of whom had acute ethylene oxide poisoning and whether their rate of chromosomal aberrations was higher than that of controls. The term “alkylene oxide” as used herein includes ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, butylene oxide, dioxane, epichlorohydrin, dichloropropane, 2-chloroethanol and 1-chloropropanol-. Workers also come into contact with many other chemicals, such as benzene. The study population was 43 workers engaged in the production or processing of alkylene oxide plants, with a mean age of 47.1 (27-63) years. According to the contact time is divided into four groups: (1) long-term exposure, more than 20 years; (2) less than 20 years contact time; (3) long-term exposure, coupled with accidents; (4) accidental short-term exposure to ethylene oxide
