目的:探讨超声对甲状腺术后瘢痕组织的诊断效果。方法:选取我院甲状腺手术患者50例,对其采取超声(超高频和高频)进行检查,对其诊断效果进行比较分析。结果:甲状腺术后瘢痕深度为6cm时,超高频组与高频组瘢痕平均厚度(t=6.31,P<0.05)及边缘清晰度(X2=5.67,P<0.05),差异显著,甲状腺术后瘢痕深度为8cm时,超高频组与高频组瘢痕平均厚度(t=5.38,P<0.05)及边缘清晰度(X2=3.24,P<0.05),差异显著。结论:对甲状腺患者术后的瘢痕组织采取超声进行检查,安全可靠,尤其是超高频超声检查,更适合在临床中推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound on the scar tissue after thyroid surgery. Methods: Fifty patients undergoing thyroidectomy in our hospital were examined by ultrasound (ultra-high frequency and high frequency), and their diagnostic effects were compared. Results: The average thickness of scar (t = 6.31, P <0.05) and margin (X2 = 5.67, P <0.05) in the ultra-high frequency group and the high-frequency group were significantly different after thyroidectomy at a depth of 6 cm. Thyroid surgery The average scar thickness (t = 5.38, P <0.05) and edge definition (X2 = 3.24, P <0.05) were significantly different between the ultra-high frequency group and the high-frequency group when the post-scar depth was 8 cm. Conclusion: The postoperative scar tissue of thyroid patients is inspected by ultrasound, which is safe and reliable, especially ultra high frequency ultrasonography, which is more suitable for clinical application.
