目的 :研究粘着斑激酶 (focaladhesionkinase ,FAK)在人良性前列腺增生 (BPH)组织中的表达及其意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法 ,分别测定 4 8例BPH和 10例正常前列腺组织基质和上皮中FAK的表达水平。结果 :①FAK在BPH组织基质和上皮中的表达水平均显著高于正常前列腺组 (P <0 .0 5 )。②FAK在不同年龄组和不同体积组BPH组织基质和上皮中的表达水平差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :FAK在BPH发生过程中发挥一定作用 ,FAK不但在基质增生中发挥作用 ,同时也参与了上皮增生过程。FAK的高表达可能在BPH早期就已发生 ,并在BPH发展过程中持续高表达。 Objective: To investigate the expression of focal adhesion kinase (FAK) in human benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and its significance. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of FAK in the stroma and epithelium of 48 BPH and 10 normal prostate tissues respectively. Results: ① The expression of FAK in the stroma and epithelium of BPH was significantly higher than that in the normal prostate (P <0.05). ② There was no significant difference in the expression level of FAK in the matrix and epithelium of BPH tissue between different age groups and different volume groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: FAK plays a role in the pathogenesis of BPH. FAK not only plays a role in matrix hyperplasia, but also participates in epithelial hyperplasia. The high expression of FAK may have occurred in the early stage of BPH and persistently high expression during the development of BPH.
