2016年第二季度,深圳市企业总体对专业技能人才的需求呈现平稳增长,特别是高级专业技术人才供不应求的状况依然比较突出。本季度受访企业以民营企业为主,其中76.25%的企业规模在300人以下,其中100-300人规模的最多,占26.20%。73.68%的受访企业高级人才少于50人。79.64%的企业中初级人才数量低于100人。专业人才的需求情况本季度29.21%的企业表示高级人才和中初级人才都紧缺,22.63%的企业反映专业人才比较饱和。16.16%的企业反映高级人才比较紧缺,高于上一季度的11.80%,略低于上年同期的17.38%。31.44%的企业反映中初级人才比较紧缺,对比上一季度的37.70%有所缓和(图1)。
In the second quarter of 2016, the overall demand for skilled professionals in Shenzhen enterprises showed a steady growth. In particular, the supply of senior professional and technical personnel was still in short supply. The respondents in this quarter were mainly private-owned enterprises, 76.25% of which were below 300 in size, with the largest of 100-300 employees accounting for 26.20% of the total. 73.68% of the respondents less than 50 senior personnel. 79.64% of the primary-level enterprises in the number of less than 100 people. Demand for Professionals This quarter, 29.21% of the enterprises indicated that there are a shortage of senior and junior middle-level talents, and 22.63% of the enterprises reflect that professionals are more saturated. 16.16% of the enterprises reflected the shortage of senior personnel, higher than the 11.80% in the previous quarter, slightly lower than the 17.38% in the same period of last year. 31.44% of the enterprises reported a lack of junior talent, compared with 37.70% in the previous quarter (Figure 1).
