为期四天的秋季房博会在低迷的成交中惨淡收场。据统计,本次共有近20家开发商携27处商业地产项目参加第十八届房博会,包括写字楼、酒店式公寓、商铺和城市综合体等多种物业类型。相对于在房博会期间惨遭“滑铁卢”的住宅成交,商业地产项目表现相对稳定,酒店式公寓更是异军突起。中天·西城纪的酒店式公寓屡屡夺魁商品房日成交榜,而之前主导行情的保利、世茂等百万元内的酒店式公寓也依旧走俏,此外华元·天鹅堡、中凯·东方红街和领骏世界等写字楼成交亦表现活跃。本期在售房源充足,浙大创新科技园E30中心推出酒店式公寓,主力户型37平方米,均价8000元/平方米左右。此外,中凯·东方红街、世茂·江滨COSMO、华元·天鹅堡等楼盘均有房源在售。后续供应上,野风·现代中心预计于11月开盘,届时将同时推出写字楼和酒店式公寓。东方君悦、亚包国际中心·亚包大厦、欣北·钱江国际广场等多个楼盘在短期内暂无开盘计划。
