一、铸铁的气体吸收1.氢铁水中氢的溶解量与周围气氛中H的分压平方根成比例。H的溶解度随着温度的上升而增大,在熔化时,又得到急剧增大(见图1)。但是,当铁水中的碳量和硅量增加时,氢的溶解度就下降(见图2、3)。不过,固体铁中氢的溶解度,既使C量增加,变化也不大(见图4)。有关固体铁中硅的影响,尚未测得结果,估计没有多大影响。

The solubility of H increases with increasing temperature and sharply increases again upon melting (see Figure 1). However, as the amount of carbon and silicon in the hot metal increases, the solubility of hydrogen decreases (see Figures 2 and 3). However, the solubility of hydrogen in solid iron, even if the C content increases, the change is not large (see Figure 4). The effect of silicon in solid iron, the results have not yet been measured, it is estimated not much impact.
