实现高速转子的自动动平衡的关键部件是校正平衡头。介绍了一种新的电动平衡头的基本结构、特点、参数,以及为保证控制精度而采取的技术措施。平衡头采用中空式环形结构,滚动小车式配重和红外线遥控工作方式。驱动电机采用步进电动机。本文给出了在试验台上的实验结果,验证了方案的可行性。
A key component to achieve automatic balancing of high-speed rotors is a correction head. The basic structure, characteristics, parameters of a new electric balancing head and the technical measures taken to ensure the control precision are introduced. Balance head hollow ring structure, rolling trolley-type weight and infrared remote control work. Drive motor with stepper motor. In this paper, the experimental results on the test bench are given to verify the feasibility of the scheme.
