研究了镉对大豆发芽率、株高等形态指标和叶绿素含量、POD、SOD活性生理指标的影响。随着镉浓度的增高 ,叶片和根中过氧化物酶 (POD)活性明显升高 ;超氧物歧化酶 (SOD)活性也有所提高 ;大豆叶片叶绿素的含量受不同浓度镉处理的影响 ,且随镉浓度的增加 ,含量明显下降 ;镉危害下 ,细胞原生质膜遭到破坏 ,致使膜透性增加
The effects of cadmium on the germination rate, plant height, chlorophyll content, POD and SOD activity in soybean were studied. With the increase of cadmium concentration, the activities of peroxidase (POD) in leaves and roots were significantly increased; the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) was also increased; the content of chlorophyll in soybean leaves was affected by cadmium treatment in different concentrations With the increase of cadmium concentration, the content of cadmium significantly decreased; under the cadmium stress, the plasma membrane was destroyed, resulting in increased membrane permeability
