目的探讨缺氧条件培养下诱导型一氧化氮合酶(i NOS)抑制剂1400 W对人舌鳞癌CAL-27细胞株黏附能力的影响。方法 MTT法检测1400 W对人舌鳞状癌细胞CAL-27黏附能力的影响。结果细胞黏附率与对照组比较明显下降(P<0.05)。1400 W作用于人舌鳞癌CAL-27细胞后,可呈时间、剂量性依赖抑制人舌鳞癌黏附能力(P<0.05)。结论 1400 W可明显抑制人舌鳞癌的黏附能力。1400 W对人舌鳞状细胞癌生长、侵袭、转移具有预防和潜在的治疗价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) inhibitor 1400 W on the adhesion of human tongue squamous cell carcinoma CAL-27 cell line under hypoxic conditions. Methods The effect of 1400 W on the adhesion of human tongue squamous cell carcinoma CAL-27 was examined by MTT assay. Results Cell adhesion rate decreased significantly compared with the control group (P <0.05). 1400 W on tongue squamous cell carcinoma CAL-27 cells, in a time-dependent dose-dependent inhibition of human tongue squamous cell carcinoma adhesion (P <0.05). Conclusion 1400 W can significantly inhibit the adhesion of human tongue squamous cell carcinoma. 1400 W on human tongue squamous cell carcinoma growth, invasion, metastasis with prevention and potential therapeutic value.
