早在60年代末,我国铁路首次在成昆线埋设通信电缆,70年代初,焦枝铁路卜沿用了几十年的架空明线改为地下电缆传输。由于当时的技术水准所限,采用的密闭工艺是环氧树脂绕包的方法,这一方法的缺陷是只能一次成功,不便维修。1975年,沪宁铁路通信双缆工程开工,一条是对称电缆,一条是小同轴长途通信电话电缆,可开300个话路。但对于同轴电缆的接续、密闭尚无工艺标准,鉴于这种情况,有关领导指派通号公司上海工程公司拿出一套可行的工艺标
As early as the late 1960s, China’s railway laid the first telecommunications cable in the Cheng-Kun line. In the early 1970s, the Jiao-Zhijie Railway used several decades of overhead open lines to transmit underground cables. Due to the technical limitations of the time, the use of airtight epoxy encapsulation process is a method that has the drawback of being only successful at one time and inconvenient to repair. In 1975, the Shanghai-Nanjing Railway dual-cable communications project started, one is a symmetrical cable, one is a small coaxial long distance communications telephone cable, can open 300 channels. However, for the continuity of coaxial cable, there is no process standard for airtightness. In view of this situation, the relevant leadership designation Shanghai Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. has come up with a set of feasible technology standards
