用浮选尾煤生产多孔结构釉面制品由全苏建筑科学技术研究所研制成功。主要工艺特点是,使用压滤车间脱水后的浮选尾煤,简化的型砂准备系统,采用强制干燥的型坯,并按专用工艺煅烧。所以能制得多孔结构产品,是因为原料中微粒有机物能够燃烬,用一种添加剂能保证延长煅烧制品的工作寿命,并可提高其应变的稳定性,添加剂加入原料中可调节结构特征。
Flotation tailings production of porous structure of glazed products by the All-Soviet Institute of Building Science and Technology successfully developed. The main features of the process are the use of flotation tailings after dehydration in a pressure filtration plant, a simplified system for preparation of sand, forced dry parisons and calcination in a dedicated process. Therefore, a porous structure product can be obtained because the particulate organic material in the raw material can burn the ember, the additive can ensure prolongation of the working life of the calcined product and improve the stability of the strain, and the additive can be adjusted into the structural characteristics of the raw material.
