目的 :观察不同临床分期和病理类型肺癌99mTc 甲氧基异丁基异腈 (MIBI)肺显像的特点 ,以提高99mTc MIBI肺显像诊断肺癌的准确性。方法 :对明确诊断的 35例肺癌 ,1 0例肺良性病变做99mTc MIBI即刻血流灌注显像 ,断层、延迟显像及全身显像。结果 :综合99mTc MIBI多种肺显像诊断肺癌的敏感性 1 0 0 % ,特异性 70 % ;不同临床分期的99mTc MIBI肺显像有不同特点 ;小细胞肺癌与非小细胞肺癌的显像存在差别。结论 :综合99mTc MIBI多种显像可提高肺癌诊断的准确性 ,并对临床分期、病理类型的判断有帮助。
Objective: To observe the characteristics of 99mTc methoxyisobutylisonitrile (MIBI) lung imaging for different clinical stages and pathological types of lung cancer to improve the accuracy of 99mTc MIBI lung imaging in the diagnosis of lung cancer. METHODS: Immediately 99mTc MIBI perfusion imaging was performed on 35 cases of lung cancer and 10 cases of benign pulmonary lesions. The diagnosis was based on faults, delayed imaging and whole body imaging. Results: The sensitivity of 99mTc MIBI multiple lung imaging in the diagnosis of lung cancer was 100% and specificity was 70%. The 99mTc MIBI lung imaging in different clinical stages had different characteristics. The imaging of small cell lung cancer and non-small cell lung cancer was present. difference. Conclusion : Comprehensive 99mTc MIBI multiple imaging can improve the accuracy of lung cancer diagnosis, and it is helpful to the judgment of clinical stage and pathological type.
