胆囊(道)疾患是一类常见病多发病,常用治疗药物有猪胆汁、牛胆酸钠、去氢胆酸、鹅去氧胆酸、茵陈酮、利胆醇、利胆酚、胆维他等。最近,广州市医药工业研究所仿制合成一种治疗此类疾病的良药——胆通,已通过鉴定,并投入批量生产,供应市场。胆通(Hymecromene)为香豆素的一种衍生物。本品原系一种化学试剂,1970年有人报道本品具有利胆作用。1970年以后,屡见临床应用的报道。我国生产的本品,命名为胆通,系白色棱形或针状结晶,无臭,无味,在甲醇、丙酮中略溶,乙醇中微溶,水中不溶。各种溶液均具有较强的荧光。熔点188～192℃。经药理实验表明:本品能缓和而持续
