如今人们已经进入到知识经济时代,企业间的竞争逐渐发展成为人才的竞争,人力资源是企业在市场中获胜的重要法宝。要使得人力资源的作用与价值得到充分的发挥就需要做好人力资源培训工作,使得员工的素质水平得到提升,强化企业竞争力,保证企业与员工能够实现共赢。评价企业管理效果时经济效益是重要的标准,人力资源是最为基本和重要的资源,人力资源培训与企业经济效益之间是相辅相成的。本文就人力资源培训对企业的经济效益进行研究分析。
Now that people have entered the era of knowledge-based economy, the competition among enterprises gradually develops into the competition of talents, and human resources are the important magic weapon for enterprises to win in the market. In order to make the role and value of human resources fully exert, human resources training needs to be done so that the quality of employees is enhanced, the competitiveness of enterprises is strengthened, and the win-win situation between enterprises and employees can be ensured.
