细胞程序性死亡(programmed cell death,PCD)是一种由基因控制的、主动的细胞死亡过程,它对植物正常生长发育起重要作用。本实验用不同浓度梯度的Na2CO3和NaHCO3混合液对向日葵植株进行连续的胁迫处理,并通过对向日葵叶片在碱胁迫环境下的细胞核形态学特征观察,探讨逆境胁迫下航天诱变向日葵细胞程序性死亡情况,拟为进一步揭示向日葵根系和叶片抗逆机制以及指导向日葵抗逆栽培提供理论依据。
Programmed cell death (PCD) is a gene-controlled, active cell death process that plays an important role in the normal growth and development of plants.
