目的观察伊贝沙坦对男性轻中度高血压患者性功能的影响。方法入选45例未治疗的高血压患者,年龄(44.7±4.5)岁,血压水平为收缩压(SBP)≥140mmHg且<180mmHg和(或)舒张压(DBP)≥90mmHg且<110mmHg,给予伊贝沙坦(150～300)mg/d,治疗12周。观察治疗前后血压、性功能变化及不良反应。结果伊贝沙坦治疗12周后,血压明显下降(P<0.01),增加了国际勃起功能指数(17.3±2.8vs18.3±2.4,P<0.05)和每月性交次数(5.7±1.9vs7.6±1.8,P<0.01)。不良反应仅2例患者略感头晕。结论伊贝沙坦降压疗效确切,不良反应少,可改善男性性功能。
Objective To observe the effect of irbesartan on the sexual function of male patients with mild to moderate hypertension. Methods Forty-five untreated hypertensive patients (44.7 ± 4.5 years) were enrolled in the study.
