根据中国科学院文献情报工作“九五”发展目标，探讨了中国科学院西南地区文献情报协作网的发展思路，提出更新思想观念、加快现代化技术手段应用和加强队伍建设的措施
According to the “9th Five-Year Plan” of Chinese Academy of Sciences for information and intelligence work, this paper explores the development ideas of Chinese-Western literature and information network in Chinese Academy of Sciences and puts forward some measures to update their thinking, speed up the application of modern technical means and strengthen team building
