自从“全画發展教育”問題討論开展以来,明确了好多問題,但随着討論逐步深入,教育工作者的思想有了变化,工作也自然有所变化,并出現若干偏向。偏向的产生有如下几种情况:有的学校取消了过去規定的全部自習时間,讓学生自由支配,其結果是不少学生把大好光陰用在逛大街,打鬧,或做些無益的活动上。有的將过去集体化和强調一致的若干規定和作法取消了,但沒有在全体工作人員当中統一思想認識,因而在自由活动时間,很多学生專搞学習的空气又有增長。有的教师不敢严格要求学生,正当的集体活动也不組織了,对于学生不遵守学生守則,也不
