随着我国社会经济的改革与发展,市场经济体制下的企业发展与改革不再单纯受到政府的制约,同时也受社会大环境的影响,在国有企业中不同程度的出现了重经营岗位,轻政工部门的现象,最直接的表现在于企业政工人员综合素质不高,政工工作开展形式单一方法落后;企业员工对思想政治工作缺乏重视,认识不足等等。本文主要分析研究了供电企业政工工作在当前时代中存在着的问题,阐述了在未来新形势下如何提升政工工作的管理与创新策略,意在能够给供电企业政工工作管理实践提供参考。
