在常规举升管柱中 ,射流泵仅有油气通道 ,当泵吸入压力小于饱和压力时 ,泵内产生的溶解气将影响泵的效率。如果射流泵举升出的气液混合物体积能与纯液体体积相同 ,那么根据泵吸入口的气液比率可计算出产出混合物的平均密度 ,为带溶解气的修正特征曲线提供根据。同样 ,动力液和产液之间的密度差也会影响泵特征曲线。通过计算溶解气的影响及动力液与产液之间的密度差 ,修正特征曲线可以优化射流泵的设计
In conventional lift columns, the jet pump has only an oil and gas path. When the pump suction pressure is less than the saturated pressure, the dissolved gas produced in the pump affects the efficiency of the pump. If the volume of the gas-liquid mixture lifted by the jet pump can be the same as the volume of the pure liquid, the average density of the resulting mixture can be calculated from the gas-liquid ratio at the pump inlet, providing a basis for the corrected characteristic curve with dissolved gas. Similarly, the difference in density between the power fluid and the fluid also affects the pump characteristic curve.
