随着市场经济的不断深入,广告已经进入社会生活的方方面面,融入千家万户的日常生活,广告的形式与种类也是多种多样。当前电视广告中虚假广告泛滥,违规、过量播放等问题是多方面的原因造成的,认为做好电视广告监管工作,应当理顺监管体制,推动政府主导型的监管;健全监测机制,充分发挥行业组织和社会监督的作用;还应当加强对监管机关自身的监督,对电视广告重要参与人的规范,对广告监管法规体系的建设等。
