宪法作为国家的根本大法,要推进依法治国就需要依宪治国。文章认为宪法解释作为其实施的必要手段,研究宪法解释程序对于推进宪法的实施和建设法治国家来说是必要的。目前我国宪法解释程序在法制规范方面的缺失要求我们必须加快对该程序的完善。 As the fundamental law of the country, the Constitution needs to be governed by the Constitution in accordance with the Constitution if we want to promote ruling the country by law.
