应用HRP逆轴突追踪法结合免疫组织化学法研究了大鼠中缝核内5-HT能神经元向嗅结节的投射,并对中缝核标记细胞的分布和形态特点进行了详细观察.当一侧嗅结节注射HRP后,在中缝背核(RD),中央上核(CS)规律地出现标记细胞,然后用Hank’s方法稳定,继而用Sternberger的PAP法进行免疫组织化学反应,光镜下在RD和CS中观察到HRP、5-HT,5-HT/HRP三种标记细胞.
