B210龙门刨床走刀机构原采用涨圈式结构,该结构陈旧,工作很不可靠,给生产和维修均带来严重的影响。为此,我们对它进行了改装。一、原涨圈结构的缺点B210龙刨走刀结构如图1所示,走刀系统传动原理见图2、3。从图1中可知:当离合器向左移动时,点动走刀电动机,带动蜗轮副,通过一系列机械传动,将运动传给垂直刀架或侧刀架,实现快速进给;当离合器向右移动时,则可实现断续进刀(工作进给)。从图1中可知,走刀停止是由涨圈12和摩擦轴套9控制,当撑板8碰到活动制子10时,将涨圈撑开,于是进刀停止。但是,电动机由于惯性等原因还在转动,于是摩
