目的:探讨气道炎症患者的诱导痰内白介素8、白介素9、白介素17 3种细胞因子的水平与气道炎症的关系。方法:选择的对象为2010年5月~2012年3月于我院就诊的106例哮喘患者,将患者按照病情的严重程度分为轻度哮喘组、中度哮喘组、重度哮喘组3组,同时选择20例正常人作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定患者诱导痰上清液中白介素8、白介素9、白介素17的水平。结果:轻度、中度、重度哮喘患者在白介素8、白介素9、白介素17 3种细胞因子的水平上都远远高于对照组,P<0.05;3种白介素的水平从轻度到中度、高度组是逐渐升高的,并且各组间P<0.05,差异有显著性。结论:3种白介素的体内水平与炎症有密切关系,并且可能参与气道炎症的形成。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the level of interleukin-8, interleukin-9 and interleukin-17 in induced airway inflammation and airway inflammation in airway inflammation patients. Methods: A total of 106 patients with asthma who were treated in our hospital from May 2010 to March 2012 were divided into mild asthma group, moderate asthma group and severe asthma group according to the severity of the disease. At the same time select 20 normal subjects as the control group. The levels of interleukin-8, interleukin-9, and interleukin-17 in sputum supernatant of patients were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: The levels of IL-8, IL-9 and IL-17 in patients with mild, moderate and severe asthma were much higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of three interleukins increased from mild to moderate , Height group was gradually increased, and the P <0.05 between groups, the difference was significant. CONCLUSION: In vivo levels of three interleukins are closely related to inflammation and may be involved in the formation of airway inflammation.
