本文利用扫描电镜对深腐蚀蠕墨铸铁试样中的蠕虫状石墨及其与片状石墨、球状石墨之间的过渡形态进行了观察研究。认为蠕虫状石墨具有层迭和螺旋两种成长方式。球状石墨畸变后并不必然形成蠕虫状石墨,蠕虫状石墨可以起源于与球状石墨不同的某种雏晶。在蠕虫状石墨与片状石墨之间可能存在某种相同的雏晶或成核条件,而铁水的物化条件影响石墨的成长方式,决定石墨最终是片状还是蠕虫状。
In this paper, the morphology of vermicular graphite in deep corroded compacted vermicular graphite cast iron and its transition morphology with flake graphite and spherical graphite were observed by scanning electron microscopy. It is thought that vermicular graphite has two growth modes of lamination and spiral. Spherical graphite distortion does not necessarily form worm-like graphite, vermicular graphite can originate from a certain type of crystal different from spherical graphite. In the worm-like graphite and flaky graphite may exist between some of the same crystal or nucleation conditions, and the physical and chemical conditions of molten iron affect the growth of graphite to determine whether the final graphite flake or worm-like.
