C环密封试验第一阶段是参照20号钢Φ273×22Pg150高压容器C环密封结构的尺寸,制造了二台试验容器,主要尺寸见表1,曾用几种不同尺寸的C环进行试压,均未能达到密封要求,即使在密封面上增垫软铝垫的情况下,虽有改善仍未能获得满意结果。经过对试验现象的分析及法兰转角处的应力测量认为失败的主要原因是:法兰强度不够,升压过程中C环的自紧作用不能补偿两法兰间的相对变形,至使密封比压严重下降导至漏泄。
