本文在扼要分析古老的噪声干扰,之所以能在严酷的电子战环境中永葆青春的原因之后,提出了确立干扰效果度量的三条准则:必须以抗干扰为前提,便于理论分析;易于实验(包括模拟实验)和测量。在此基础上,对拒绝型噪声干扰机的能力、干扰信号的质量、以及干扰效果的度量指标等进行了定义,并导出其有关因素。由于本人水平有限,加之其中对“干扰中可见度损失”概念系初次尝试、恳望同行倍加研讨,予以指正。
