目的观察保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析51例Ⅰ～Ⅱ期乳腺癌行规范化保乳手术治疗患者的临床资料。结果本组术后未发生严重并发症,有效随访49例,随访时间9～60个月,随访期无瘤生存率95.92%,保留乳房美容效果基本满意率89.79%。结论早期乳腺癌可实施保乳手术,但治疗需系统化、规范化。 Objective To observe the effect of breast-conserving surgery on early breast cancer. Methods The clinical data of 51 patients with stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ breast cancer undergoing standardized breast-conserving surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were no serious complications in this group. 49 patients were followed up for an effective follow-up period of 9 to 60 months. The follow-up period was 95.92%. The satisfaction rate of preserving breast cosmetic results was 89.79%. Conclusion Early breast cancer can be breast-conserving surgery, but the treatment needs to be systematic and standardized.
