成年雄性山羊21只,分成实验组(11只)和对照组(10只)。高气压预处理的压力-时程为700 kPa-3 min;其加压和减压速度均为100 kPa/min;高气压预处理与快速减压模拟潜水之间的间隔时间为15 min。模拟潜水方案的压力-时程为600kPa-60min,其加压速度力100 kPa/min,减压速度为60kPa/min。结果显示高气压预处理可使山羊因模拟潜水快速减压而引起的体内气泡形成减少、血浆中5-HT浓度升高减少,减压病的发病率、病死率、循环血小板计数以及心前区血流气泡音的变化趋向也一致。提示高气压预处理可在一定程度上预防山羊实验性减压病。
Twenty-one adult male goats were divided into experimental group (n = 11) and control group (n = 10). The pressure-time history of high-pressure pre-treatment is 700 kPa-3 min, and the pressure and decompression speed are both 100 kPa / min. The interval between high-pressure pre-treatment and rapid decompression simulated diving is 15 min. The pressure-time history of the simulated submersible program is 600kPa-60min with a pressurization speed of 100 kPa / min and a decompression speed of 60 kPa / min. The results showed that high pressure preconditioning could reduce the formation of air bubbles in vivo and the increase of 5-HT in plasma, the incidence of decompression sickness, mortality, circulating platelet count, Blood gas bubble tone trends are also consistent. Tip high pressure pretreatment can to some extent prevent goats experimental decompression sickness.
