企业发展离不开人力资源,提升企业员工的素质和技能是企业管理的重要工作。当前电力企业发展迅速,在工作节奏加快的情况下员工很难系统接受传统的员工培训,所以怎样针对员工开展有效培训成为电力企业发展中的重要课题。网络培训是一种新型培训方式,它突破了传统培训的时间、地域限制,能够有效提升企业员工培训的效率,是电力企业员工培训的重要发展方向。
