女性,10岁,近2年右上、双下肢出现发作性针刺样疼痛,间隔时间每日数次至2个月发作1次,持续1～3小时,自行缓解,无感觉及意识障碍,曾先后诊为:“生长性疼痛、关节炎”给钙剂及强的松治疗,平素健康,无高热、抽风及外伤史,体检:发育营养良好,心肺、四肢、神经系统、血沉、Aso 四肢X～光片及头颅CT 检查无异常,脑电图示:两中央前各区出现少量散在50HV一活动,以双额较著。O.S(-),HV 中慢活动增强,HV37秒后各区出现较多量阵发性中至极高波幅
