Objective: To observe the curative effect of comprehensive interventions on patients with sudden deafness and sleep disorders. Methods: Sixty patients were divided into two groups of 30 cases by non-randomized clinical observation and study method. The two groups were treated with clinical pathological norms and the control group were given routine nursing orders. The intervention group was treated with routine nursing and psychological nursing, Ear pressure beans and Ming drum massage guidance methods and other comprehensive care measures, by comparing Pittsburgh sleep quality index changes observed in two groups of patients with sleep quality and hearing improvement. Results: The total effective rate of treatment for sleep disorders was 63.3% in the control group and 93.3% in the intervention group. The total effective rate of sleep between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The rank of sleep was rank-sum test and the difference was also statistically significant Significance (Z = 2.905, P = 0.004). The total effective rate of hearing improvement was 76.7% in the control group and 86.7% in the intervention group. The total effective rate in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Two groups of hearing levels using rank sum test, the difference was not statistically significant (Z = 1.352, P = 0.177). Conclusion: The comprehensive intervention is safe and effective for patients with sudden deafness and sleep disorders.
