东辽河1986年7月洪水,主要发生在二龙山水库至三江口区间,流域集水面积6700多平方公里。流域主要有公主岭市、梨树县和双辽县。从7月中旬开始,先后受江淮气旋和内蒙低压东移的影响,形成了冷涡、低压、高空切变和槽等天气系统,加上太平洋付高位置稳定少动,造成了这一地区连续的降水过程,最大一天暴雨发生在7月28日,梨树县董家窝堡测得雨量达248mm,梨树县金家屯测得雨量达360mm。因雨量大而集中,故造成了二龙山水库以下的东辽河干、支流
