用超硬材料砂轮成形磨削零件和工具不能得到广泛推广的原因主要是由于缺少装配式磨具。还应指出,装配式磨具的连接部位,由于载荷较大,金刚石砂轮部分有相当大的磨损。因此,在被加工表面上会出现凸台。如图1a所示,若装配式磨具系由砂轮组成时,则在它们的端面上将有交替的径向凸起和凹槽,磨具的廓形是adebkmc而不是工作廓形abc。此时,为了去除三角形deb和bkm,需要磨具成形的补充工序。如在装配式磨具内,砂轮端面上的凸台和凹槽彼此成平行配置,则磨具在OX和OY轴线上的工作廓形深度是不相同的,它们相应等于h和h1(见图1b)。h_1
The reason why the grinding parts and tools formed with super-hard wheel materials can not be widely promoted is mainly due to the lack of fabricated grinding tools.
