应用PCR技术检测270例孕6~12周妇女外周血及相应绒毛组织中的弓形虫DNA,结果弓形虫DNA阳性26例,相应的绒毛组织中检出8例,垂直传播率为30.77%(8/26)。同时用ELISA法检测血清中弓形虫循环抗原(CAg)、IgM和IgG抗体,结果阳性率分别为3.70%、7,03%和15.5%。IgM和/或CAg阳性者,外周血皆检出弓形虫DNA。提示应用PCR技术检测绒毛组织弓形虫DNA结合ELISA进行筛选,可早期诊断先天性弓形虫感染,较之用羊水、胎儿血进行产前诊断时间提前8~12周,有利于尽早治疗或中止妊娠。
Toxoplasma gondii DNA was detected in 270 cases of pregnant women with 6 ~ 12 weeks of gestation and corresponding villi by PCR technique. Toxoplasma gondii DNA was positive in 26 cases, of which 8 cases were detected in the corresponding villus tissue. The vertical transmission rate was 30.77% (8/26). Serum Toxoplasma gondii antigens (CAg), IgM and IgG antibodies were detected by ELISA. The positive rates were 3.70%, 7,03% and 15.5% respectively. Toxoplasma gondii DNA was detected in both IgM and / or CAg positive peripheral blood. Prompt PCR detection of Toxoplasma gondii DNA-binding ELISA screening for early diagnosis of Toxoplasma gondii infection, compared with amniotic fluid, fetal blood prenatal diagnosis of time 8 to 12 weeks earlier, is conducive to early treatment or termination of pregnancy.
