目的:观察清肺饮对呼吸道合胞病毒感染大鼠血清白三烯C4、肿瘤坏死因子α及气道阻力、肺顺应性的影响。方法:42只SD大鼠被随机分成正常对照组、病毒感染模型组、中药高剂量组、中药中剂量组中药低剂量组、和地塞米松对照组6组,大鼠在戊巴比妥钠腹腔注射麻醉下用呼吸道合胞病毒滴鼻吸入感染的方法建造病毒感染模型。采用荧光免疫试剂检测法检测大鼠血清白三烯C4、肿瘤坏死因子α的影响。采用多道生理信号采集处理系统测大鼠气道阻力及肺顺应性。结果:与正常对照组相比,病毒感染模型组大鼠血清白三烯C4、肿瘤坏死因子α均升高,均有统计学差异(P<0.01,P<0.05),与RSV感染模型组比较,中药高、中剂量组白三烯C4含量均明显减低(P<0.01),中药高、中、低剂量组及地塞米松组肿瘤坏死因子α含量均明显减低(P<0.01,P<0.05),与正常对照组比较,RSV感染模型组气道阻力明显升高(P<0.01),肺顺应性明显下降(P<0.01),与RSV感染模型组比较,中药高、中剂量组及地塞米松组气道阻力均明显减低(P<0.01),中药高、中剂量组肺顺应性均升高(P<0.05),地塞米松组肺顺应性明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:清肺饮对呼吸道合胞病毒感染大鼠的血清白三烯C4、肿瘤坏死因子α有抑制作用。清肺饮能减轻呼吸道合胞病毒感染大鼠气道阻力,提高其肺顺应性。
Objective: To observe the effect of Qingfeiyin on serum leukotriene C4, tumor necrosis factor alpha, airway resistance and lung compliance in rats infected with respiratory syncytial virus. METHODS: Forty-two SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, viral infection model group, high-dose traditional Chinese medicine group, middle-dose traditional Chinese medicine low-dose group, and dexamethasone control group 6 group. Rats were exposed to sodium pentobarbital. The viral infection model was established by intranasal injection of respiratory syncytial virus intranasally to inhale infections. The effects of serum leukotriene C4 and tumor necrosis factor alpha were detected by fluorescent immunoassay. Multi-channel physiological signal acquisition and processing system was used to measure rat airway resistance and lung compliance. RESULTS: Compared with the normal control group, serum leukotriene C4 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha levels were increased in the virus-infected model group (P<0.01, P<0.05), compared with the RSV-infected model group. The content of leukotriene C4 in the high and middle doses of traditional Chinese medicines was significantly lower (P<0.01), and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha in the high, middle, and low doses of Chinese medicine and dexamethasone were significantly lower (P<0.01, P<0.05). Compared with the normal control group, the airway resistance in the RSV infection model group was significantly higher (P<0.01), and the lung compliance was significantly decreased (P<0.01). Compared with the RSV infection model group, the high and medium dose groups and the local The airway resistance in the dexamethasone group was significantly decreased (P<0.01). The lung compliance was increased in the high and middle dose groups (P<0.05), and the lung compliance was significantly higher in the dexamethasone group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Qingfeiyin has inhibitory effects on serum leukotriene C4 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha in rats infected with respiratory syncytial virus. Qingfei Decoction can reduce airway resistance and improve lung compliance in respiratory syncytial virus-infected rats.
