用金相显微镜、SEM、TEM、X 射线衍射仪对高碳铬轴承钢滚动轴承在不同负荷下快速试验后的变态显微组织进行分析研究,结果表明,在滚道表面下0.07~0.35mm 范围内,有四种变态组织:(1)黑色腐蚀区,(2)白色条带区,(3)“飞蝴蝶”组织,(4)板状碳化物。与此同时,马氏体的位错组态也发生了变化:板条马氏体和孪晶马氏体碎化,位错密度和ε-碳化物增加。此外还研究了接触应力,运转时间和组织变化之间的关系.
The microstructure of the high carbon chromium bearing steel rolling bearing after rapid test under different loads was studied by means of metallographic microscope, SEM, TEM and X-ray diffractometer. The results showed that under the condition of 0.07 ~ 0.35mm below the raceway surface , There are four kinds of metamorphosis: (1) black corrosion zone, (2) white stripe zone, (3) “flying butterfly” tissue, and (4) platy carbide. At the same time, the dislocation configuration of martensite also changed: lath martensite and twin martensite fragmentation, dislocation density and ε-carbides increase. In addition, the relationship between contact stress, running time and tissue changes was also studied.
