本文以不同比例石粉和粉煤灰复掺(40%~60%)取代水泥制备低强度自密实混凝土,研究了石粉对低强度自密实混凝土工作性、抗压强度、抗氯离子渗透性和微观结构的影响。结果表明:石粉可改善低强度自密实混凝土的流动性,适量的石粉能提高混凝土抗压强度,并表现优良的抗氯离子渗透性能和致密的微观结构,石粉的掺量宜控制在20%以内。
In this paper, low intensity self-compacting concrete was prepared by replacing cement with different proportions of stone powder and fly ash (40% ~ 60%), and the effects of stone powder on the workability, compressive strength, chloride ion permeability and microcosm Effect of structure. The results show that stone powder can improve the fluidity of low-strength self-compacting concrete. Appropriate amount of stone powder can improve the compressive strength of concrete and show excellent resistance to chloride ion permeability and dense microstructure. The content of stone powder should be controlled within 20% .
