目的 :建立复方替硝唑含漱液的含量测定方法。方法 :采用双波长紫外分光光度法直接测定样品中的替硝唑及醋酸氯己定。结果 :替硝唑线性范围 2 .3～ 2 1.1mg·L-1,回归方程C =2 3.12A - 0 .0 5 99(r=0 .9990 ,n =5 ) ;醋酸氯己定线性范围为 2 .5～ 2 3.3mg·L-1,回归方程C =2 6 .0 0ΔA - 0 .0 85(r=0 .9985 ,n =5 )。结论 :不经分离可直接测定样品中替硝唑与醋酸氯己定的含量。 Objective: To establish a method for determination of compound tinidazole gargle. Methods: Tinidazole and chlorhexidine acetate were directly determined by dual wavelength UV spectrophotometry. Conclusion: The content of tinidazole and chlorhexidine acetate in the sample can be directly determined without isolation.
