完善机制破解瓶颈不断加快山东省棚户区改造工作

今年以来,在住房城乡建设部的大力支持下,我省不断完善机制,强化保障,破解瓶颈,创新方法,棚户区改造工作取得明显成效。今年国家下达山东省棚改任务是46.6万户,为山东省历年之最,居全国首位;截止到6月底,全省已开工30.9万户,占总量的66.5%;根据目前工作进展情况,到9月底,我省将全面完成今年的开工任务。山东省的做法是"四个强化、四个确保":
