抗代谢药物5—氟脲嘧啶(5—Fu)自1957年问世以来,作为抗肿留药物广泛应用于临床。近十多年来,许多学者根据5—Fu具有选择性作用于增生细胞的核酸代谢,干扰胸腺嘧啶脱氧核甘酸合成酶,使尿嘧啶脱氧核甘酸不能转变为胸腺嘧啶核甘酸,从而抑制DNA的合成,使DNA不能传递信息进入RNA,因此增生细胞的分裂繁殖受到抑制这一机理,进行了大量的动物实验研究,结果证实5—Fu能显著地抑制成纤维细胞增殖,在眼内或眼周注射属于低毒药。并试验应用于青光眼滤过手术后,增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变等眼科疾病,现做一介绍。一、青光眼滤过性手术
