本文以高考招生制度对社会的统合功能为视角,尝试发展出分析解释宪法平等权的统合标准,即通过招生人数的地区分布解释民主代表性是否具备,通过社会流动状况分析制度的柔韧性是否充足,通过考试文本的设计了解科学合理性是否达到,从而使对宪法平等权的探讨与其他学科的知识相转介沟通,达到转虚为实、转抽象为具体之功效。
This article tries to develop an unifying standard to analyze and explain constitutional equal rights by using the enrollment system of college entrance examination as an integrated function of society, to explain whether democratic representation is available through the regional distribution of enrollment numbers and to analyze whether the flexibility of the system is adequate Through the design of test texts, we can see whether scientific rationality is reached, so that the discussion of the equal right in constitutions can be communicated with the knowledge of other disciplines to achieve the effect of turning virtual reality into abstract and abstracting into concrete effects.
