目的:探讨不同产地郁金药材中吉马酮含量,为临床合理应用和质量评价提供科学依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,Agilent Extend-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);乙腈-水(75∶25)等度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温为25℃;检测波长为220 nm。结果:不同产地郁金中吉马酮的含量具有明显差异。温郁金中吉马酮含量远高于桂郁金,不同产地温郁金中吉马酮含量无明显差异。结论:该方法简单、准确,为郁金中吉马酮的测定提供了依据。
Objective: To explore the content of gemcitabine in different origins of U. vinifera and provide a scientific basis for clinical application and quality evaluation. Methods: The HPLC was performed on an Agilent Extend-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with isocratic elution of acetonitrile-water (75:25) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min. The column temperature was 25 ℃; detection wavelength of 220 nm. Results: The content of gemcitabine in different origins of turmeric was significantly different. The content of gemcitabine in Wenyujin is much higher than that of Guiyujin, and there is no significant difference in the content of gemcone in Wenyujin among different habitats.
