Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of MRP-1 / CD9 and cyclinD1 and the biological behavior of bladder urothelial carcinoma. Methods: The expression of MRP-1 / CD9 and cyclinD1 in bladder tissues of 80 cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma and 12 cases of normal control group were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive expression rates of MRP-1 / CD9 in bladder cancer group were 51.25% and 91.11% (P <0.05) respectively. The positive expression rate of Ta ~ T1 tumor was 71.42% and T2 ~ T4 was 35.56% The positive rate of MRP-1 / CD9 positive rate was 78.57%, G2 was 43.48%, G3 was 31.03%. The positive rate of MRP-1 / CD9 positive rate was gradually decreased with tumor invasiveness and grading (P <0.01, There were no significant differences between the two groups (P> 0.05). The positive expression rate of cyclinD1 in bladder urothelial carcinoma was 53.75%, and that in the control group was 0 (P <0.01). The positive expression rate of Ta ~ T1 was 78.57% and that of T2 ~ T4 was 17.65% G2 was 56.52% and G3 was 20.69%. The positive rate of cyclinD1 gradually decreased with tumor invasiveness and grading (P <0.05, P <0.05). The positive rate of cyclinD1 expression in primary tumor and relapse, multiple and single difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05, P> 0.05). Conclusions: The expression of MRP-1 / CD9 is correlated with the invasiveness and grading of bladder urothelial carcinoma. The loss of expression of MRP-1 / CD9 may be an indicator of the prognosis of the tumor. Cy-clinD1 is more accurate in assessing the biology of bladder urothelial carcinoma Behavior, both for the judgment of the prognosis of bladder cancer has important clinical significance
