不久前,中国人民银行发布了《关于进一步加强房地产信贷业务管理的通知》。从建筑施工企业到房地产开发企业,再到政府土地储备机构以及个人购房者,该文件对房地产贷款的各个环节和主体都作出了严格的规定。当时就有专家分析,受房贷新政策的影响,一些房地产企业将被迫调整经营策略和投资计划,因此,部分开发商可能会急于降价变现。另外,由于受房地产供求关系的影响,部分地区房地产价格也将可能出现一定程度的下滑。
