作者通过对国内外拉制细钨丝用石墨乳中石墨颗粒性能的剖析和比较,采用新工艺获得了性能良好的石墨颗粒,再配以适当的乳胶研制成功了多模拉丝机拉制细钨丝用石墨乳,其润滑性能符合使用要求,与国产S-0~#石墨乳相比,具有石墨平均粒径小、用纯水稀释后不沉淀、无气泡和在钨丝表面上的附着性能好等优点,使拉丝钻石模孔利用率(超差前过丝长度)提高4~5倍以上,接近日本Acheson公司产石墨乳的质量水平,现已通过技术鉴定,並着手工业批量生产。
