光诱导电子转移(以下简称PET)反应的优点比较明显:化学选择性较好、反应条件非常温和等,近年来它运用在有机合成领域,取得了不错的效果。发展高效、新颖、高选择性的PET反应,对于有机合成化学来说,有着十分积极的意义。主要介绍PET反应在有机合成的运用与实践,并探讨其中一些颇有价值的具体案例。
The advantages of photoinduced electron transfer (hereinafter referred to as PET) reaction are obvious: the chemical selectivity is good, and the reaction conditions are very mild. In recent years, it has been used in the field of organic synthesis and achieved good results. The development of efficient, innovative and highly selective PET reactions has very positive implications for organic synthesis chemistry. It mainly introduces the application and practice of PET reaction in organic synthesis and explores some valuable concrete cases.
