目的 :评价二维超声与彩色多普勒血流显像 (CDFI)诊断胆囊癌的特点与分型。方法 :分析 36例胆囊癌的术前二维超声与 CDFI声像图特征与手术病理对照。结果 :依二维超声显像将胆癌分为五型 :实块型、蕈伞型、厚壁型、结节型和混合型。 CDFI检查可以在病变或周边探及异常血流信号 ,并可测到高阻高、中速血流频谱。结论 :二维超声显像是诊断胆囊癌的基础 ,CDFI是超声诊断胆囊癌的重要依据 ,肿瘤内的血流信号是鉴别胆囊癌与由结石和胆泥等所形成的伪瘤样回声的可靠征象
Objective: To evaluate the characteristics and classification of gallbladder carcinoma diagnosed by two-dimensional ultrasonography and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). Methods: 36 cases of gallbladder cancer preoperative two-dimensional ultrasound and CDFI sonographic features and surgical pathology control. Results: According to two-dimensional ultrasound imaging, gallbladder cancer was divided into five types: solid type, fungating type, thick wall type, nodular type and mixed type. CDFI examination in the lesions or peripheral exploration and abnormal blood flow signal, and can be measured high-resistance, medium-speed blood flow spectrum. Conclusion: Two-dimensional ultrasound imaging is the basis of diagnosis of gallbladder cancer. CDFI is an important basis for ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gallbladder cancer.
