冶金部建筑研究总院研制成功的JD-15复合抗冻剂于1987年11月5日在北京通过了部级鉴定。该项目是国家计委下达的重点科研攻关项目。经过了两年多的试验研究及在天津自强化工厂的试生产。目前已取得显著效果。JD-15复合抗冻剂使用温度为-15~-20℃。掺量仅为水泥用量5%~7%。在冬季规定负温下施工不需加任何特殊防护措施,混凝土强度仍有较快增长。其最大特点为有机与无机材料复合产品、使用温度低、掺量小。不含锈蚀钢筋的氯盐及对人体有害的亚硝酸盐、铬盐。配方独特、新颖。复合抗冻剂还具有早强、减水、降低受冻临界强度、改变冰晶结构、改善混凝土孔结构等综合效果。有机成分的复合作用不但增加了使用效果,还大幅度地降低了掺量。
The JD-15 composite antifreeze developed successfully by the Ministry of Metallurgical Construction Research Institute passed the ministerial appraisal in Beijing on November 5, 1987. The project is a key scientific research project issued by the State Planning Commission. After more than two years of experimental research and trial production at a self-reinforcing plant in Tianjin. At present, significant results have been achieved. JD-15 composite antifreeze use temperature is -15 ~ -20 °C. The dosage is only 5% to 7% of the amount of cement. In the winter, it is stipulated that there is no need for any special protective measures for the construction under negative temperature, and the strength of the concrete is still growing rapidly. Its greatest feature is the combination of organic and inorganic materials, low use temperature, and small amount of additives. It does not contain chlorine salts of rusted steel bars and nitrites and chromium salts that are harmful to the human body. The formula is unique and novel. The composite antifreeze also has comprehensive effects such as early strength, water reduction, lower critical freezing strength, change of ice crystal structure, and improvement of concrete pore structure. The composite effect of organic components not only increases the use effect, but also significantly reduces the dosage.
